First steps

 learning the fundamental principles of PilatesWhen you come for your first session we will ask you to complete a health questionnaire, we will discuss it with you and answer any questions you may have. If you have any doctors' letters, reports on MRI scans and x-rays please bring them with you. We are always happy to collaborate with other health professionals.

We advise new clients to work with the same teacher if possible, this helps us to develop your session and helps you to learn the fundamental principles that underpin all Pilates exercises, and to progress to more challenging Pilates.

For the best results, TrevorBlountPilates needs to be practised regularly so we recommend weekly sessions – two sessions a week is ideal.

The best way to achieve a routine is to book appointments at the same time each week, enabling us to schedule them automatically on a permanent basis for you.
