Musculo-skeletal health, which is
at the heart of TrevorBlountPilates, is achieved by re-educating
and correcting bad postural and functional habits. We
constantly assess our clients progress and provide
advice to help them to develop and gain the maximum
benefit from their individual programmes.
We advise new clients to work with
the same one or two teachers for the first ten sessions.
This helps them to learn their programmes, to understand
the principles and, to progress to more challenging
Pilates.
For the best results, TrevorBlountPilates needs to be practised
regularly; we recommend two sessions a week. Most people
find the best way to achieve this routine is to book
appointments which are scheduled for them automatically,
and we discuss this with them during the first ten sessions.
