TrevorBlountPilates is a modern system of body maintenance. First developed by Joseph Pilates at the beginning of the 20th century, it was taken in a new direction by a group of Pilates teachers, including Trevor Blount, in the 1990s.

Trevor Blount's development of the method, Pre-Pilates and core-stability, is designed to be sympathetic to each individual’s anatomical make-up. It is safer and more considered, and makes the benefits of the system available to a wider range of people.

The precise teaching ensures exercises are performed correctly. Combined with our specially-designed equipment, which uses springs and weights to stretch and tone every muscle, it develops the long, lean body shape that characterises TrevorBlountPilates.
