Studio sessions

Studio sessions are one-and-a-half hours – in contrast to the one-hour sessions at most studios – to enable us to work thoroughly through the entire body. Our prices reflect the length of the sessions, and our care and attention to detail. This is the best way for a beginner to start, whatever their needs may be.

We also specialise in working with people who need rehabilitation from injury or after surgery. Pilates is ideal for the management of osteoarthritis and back problems, for pre- or post-natal women, and for general fitness and postural strengthening.

One-to-one sessions

One-to-one sessions (one hour long) are available by special request.

One-to-one sessions £85 each.

One-to-one sessions with Trevor £100.
Specialising in injuries of all kinds including all spinal injuries, hip replacements, knee replacements, and hypermobility syndrome.

To book, please phone the studio, 020 7584 0680.

We accept cash and cheques. Debit cards are accepted with no bank handling charge.
